A newly established day ticket fishery on the River Wye for coarse and game fishing in the heart of the Wye Valley countryside. The estate beats of Dean & Chapter and Strangford are located close to the village of Brockhampton, Herefordshire.

Both beats are diverse and hold fish throughout the season in fast-running riffle sections and steep banked bends. Summer float fishing whilst wading offers anglers the thrill of catching barbel and chub in shallow fast-running water, an experience that even seasoned anglers aspire to.

Winter pike fishing is excellent and there have been many 20lb. plus specimens caught in recent seasons. Both beats have historically returned amongst the highest salmon numbers of the middle river Wye and a large spring fish is still a possibility.

If you are visiting the fishery for the first time or are an experienced angler wanting to get the most from your day while learning a fresh approach, we have a resident guide available to book.
